it does not include travel to and from Washington, DC.

*Running Start spends $5,250 per High School Program participant. The cost is covered by corporate donations and program fees paid by participants. Each participant is asked to pay a program fee based on their financial ability to do so. Every participant receives a scholarship ranging from about 50% - 90%. The participant program fee is $2,500. Participants can apply to be considered for a program fee between $500 - $2,500 if they are not able to pay $2,500.
